Policies Sani Lodge
Reservation, payment, cancellations and gratuities Policies:
Sani Lodge and the client agree to accomplish to all the established in these policies.
* Children between 6 and 11 receive a 50 % discount in the same cabin / shared accommodation with adult.
* Children under 5 years are free when sharing with an adult.
Reservation and payment policies for Groups & Fits:
* All reservations require a minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount; the same shall be made until 15 days after confirmation of booking.
* Bookings made between 90 and 45 days before tour departure need a deposit maximum 10 days after confirmation of booking and full payment must be received 30 days prior to the tour departure.
* For reservations between 30 and 1 day before the tour departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
* All reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to tour departure.
* If the client does not meet the payment dates set for Reservations, Sani Lodge has the right to cancel the reservation and no liability for future claims from customers.
Cancellation Policies & Fits and penalties Groups:
* Cancellations made 6 months or more prior to tour departure are without cancellation charge.
* Cancellations made 5 months before the departure date of the tour are charged 20% per person.
* Cancellations made 4 months prior to tour departure are charged 40% of the booking value per person.
* Cancellations made 3 or 2 months before the departure date are charged with 50% of the booking value per person.
* Cancellations made 1 month before the tour departure are charged with 75% of the booking value.
* Cancellations made less than 1 month before the tour have a penalty equal to 100% of the booking value.
* Sani Lodge accepts departure changes or passenger name changes only if the air ticket hasn´t been issued to the date of request.
